Reiki Energy
What is it? How does it heal?
REIKI:
The vital essence of our bodies, called the life force energy, flows through our bodies through chakras, meridians and nadis. It flows around us in our energy field (aura). This prana, ch'i or ki is the activating energy of the universe. This is where the term Rei-ki is derived from (Rei meaning higher power, and ki, meaning life force energy). By allowing yourself to accept this spiritually guided life force energy, your body learns to self heal. I have been attuned to channel universal life force energy in the traditional Usui Reiki Method. I am not the healer, merely a conduit that holds the space to allow this energy to heal.
Traditionally, this is thought of as a laying-on-of-hands healing method. However, holding hands over the body is just as effective...the energy will still flow. My usual method is light touch on the head, throat, legs and feet areas, where more sensitive areas I will hold my hands slightly above the body. I may also utilize specific breathing techniques from another modality, used to run physical energy through the body. This technique for stress reduction and relaxation treats the person as a whole. Body, mind and spirit will be rejuvenated. The recipient will also benefit from the release and healing of emotions, which is where dis-ease originates from.
Do not stifle the urge to cry, laugh, sigh, etc. This is not unusual, and that release of emotional energy is part of the healing process. If you feel the need to do so, let it go, knowing are in a safe and nurturing space. More short term, acute issues may be resolved in just one or two sessions. However, more chronic and long term problems may need multiple sessions. Reiki is a gentle, but effective way to promote self healing at the root cause.
PRICING:
1 Hr session - $75 (45-50min of therapy) Recommended for first session & for continued healing in chronic/severe issues. Initial session, add 15min consultation time.
45 min session - $60 (~35min of therapy) Recommended for follow up on acute/minor
issues and for "tune-ups" for continued wellness
By Distance - $40 (~20-25min therapy time) for yourself, loved ones, pets, souls that have/will pass

CRYSTAL REIKI:
In a Crystal Reiki session, crystals will be placed on/and or around the body. I will allow the Reiki energy to flow through me and into the crystals to move into the client. The Reiki amplifies the energy of the crystals and vise versa. This will create its own specific energetic resonance, completely unique to this modality. This combination makes Crystal Reiki a very powerful healing tool, as both these energetic systems work together to create a uniquely high frequency of vibration. When used in a grid or layout, the combination of sacred geometry, crystals and Reiki energy creates a powerhouse of energetic healing. Because of this unique approach to using Reiki energy, I decided to become a Crystal Reiki Master, and am certified to teach this beautiful healing modality.
